Be prepared this holiday season:

If you are planning on getting a new phone this holiday season, please make sure you know your Apple ID or Google account information and also your Verizon Account Pin if you have a business account. This will greatly reduce the time it takes to setup your new device. Also, if you would like any additional email accounts setup, make sure you know the login information for those as well. Additional service charges will apply if you need assistance gaining access to your accounts.
